These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Velmerry online store and to purchases made through it.

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the store.
2. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and availability are accurate. Minor variations may occur, particularly between product images and physical products.
Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated before an order is accepted.
The price charged will normally be the price shown at checkout when you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error.
Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order, but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will refund it.
5. Delivery
Velmerry currently ships to the United Kingdom only.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is 6–10 business days, giving an estimated total timeframe of approximately 7–13 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Further details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
We do not promise Christmas delivery unless a specific Christmas order cutoff has been established and clearly communicated in advance.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason. This right is subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, you must notify Velmerry of your cancellation within that 14-day period. After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct cost of return postage where legally permitted and where this was clearly explained before the order was placed. This does not apply where the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or where applicable consumer law requires Velmerry to cover the cost.
Customers must contact Velmerry before returning any product and receive the appropriate return instructions.
The registered office of Marketpen Limited is the official business address only. It is not automatically a product return address. Do not return products to the registered office, a supplier, or the address shown on a parcel unless Velmerry specifically instructs you to do so.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. The customer will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Where required by law, refunds will include the cost of standard delivery, but not any additional cost for a premium delivery service chosen by the customer.
The separate Return and Refund Policy contains the applicable cancellation, return, refund, and cancellation-form procedure.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Misuse the store or interfere with its operation.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the store, accounts, systems, or data.
- Introduce malicious code or harmful material.
- Use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Copy or misuse store content without permission.
8. Intellectual property
The store, its branding, text, graphics, images, product content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Marketpen Limited, trading as Velmerry, or its suppliers.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit these materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Third-party services and links
The store may use third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services that we do not control.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the store or place an order.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our store, services, legal obligations, or business practices.
The Terms in effect when you place an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the law of the country or part of the United Kingdom where you live.
