1. Shipping area

For launch, Velmerry ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

2. Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

3. Delivery estimates

After processing, estimated delivery is 6–10 business days.

The estimated total timeframe from order placement through delivery is approximately 7–13 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, public holidays, adverse weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We do not promise Christmas delivery unless a specific Christmas order cutoff has been established and clearly communicated in advance.

4. Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Tracking and delivery problems

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided using the contact details supplied with the order.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@velmerry.co.ukand include your order number.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with photographs where possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
